Ok Mr. Cool here's a little advice. I think if you can get down to 225 by the time 2 a days start you should be happy. I think you should start off with some circuit training to build up your cardio and rev up your metabolism. You also want to take stock of what you eat and how much. Keep a food journal of everything you eat for a couple of weeks and check with your doctor or a nutritionist. Have them do an evaluation of your BMI and BMR so you can adjust your calorie intake to optimize your workout effectiveness . In the meantime try this workout to start you off. http://health-exercise-and-fitness.com/c... Good luck!Health Question & Answer

Diet Tips For You:
- Eat Lean High Quality Proteins = Chicken & Turkey Breast, Eggs & Egg Whites, Fish of all types (fattier the better - but make sure NONE of this is fried) & lean red meats
- Eat Lots of Non-Starchy Vegetables (which means don't eat potatoes, yams, corn, peas) & eat low-sugar fruits like berries & kiwis
- Eat Healthy Fats from Olive Oil, Olives, Avocados, Nuts, Seeds, Flax, Hemp, Fish
- Never eat any other vegetable oil other than... olive oil, macadamia nut oil, flaxseed oil & hempseed oil
- Try and not consume dairy products... they are not healthy despite what everyone says!
- Take a Multivitamin & Vitamin D & Vitamin C & Drink Green Tea & Black Coffee & Sparkling Water

*If you follow some of those tips you will lose weight. Counting Calories is pretty annoying which is why I don't tell you to... You just should avoid fast food at all costs & start cooking your own meals so you know exactly what is going into the foods your eating.
*Do not drink your calories either - it is a WASTE of calories! Instead just eat larger portions of HEALTHY foods!
*Get some physical activity daily - be it running, swimming, walking, etc - 60 minutes, or ideally 90 minutes would be ideal for you because you are trying to lose a lot of weight.Health Question & Answer
