Question: How can a 13 year old girl loose weight.?
Hey! i am 13 and a girl. i want to loose a few pounds...heres my situation

1) i weigh 114
2) my thighs have some muscle but at the top mostly fat
3) my lower abs need toning and i have been working out but nothings working
4) i really want my arms to look stronger

so, when i turn to the side, my lower abs like stick and and idk why i do so much to tone them and nothing works. my thighs...this is kinda hard to explain but here i go. on my lower thighs they are pretty well shaped and muscular but as i go to the top, both my thighs touch eachother and then they dont...ugh its so hard to explain but all i wanna do is loose some weight!

You sound fine to me. You don't want to do anything to lose weight because you are going through puberty and weight fluctuates then. I am 5"5 and weigh 135-140 depending on when it is taken and I am 17. I am larger than you and I don't need to lose weight even though I feel that I do. But if you really want to lose weight don't do anything drastic or unhealthy. Try sit ups and push ups to tone your abs and arms. Run or jog to tone your thighs. That is a healthy way to do it. Cardio for 30 minutes, stretching/sit-ups/yoga excersize for another 30 minutes.
