Answers:
Second choice would be the heathier choice.
Egg, contains alot of fat and not always the best protein choice.

Humus is a great protein replacement for that, being very healthy, and conataining tons of protein, ( probably much lower on the fat and caloric scale too)
- It will also be much more carb related, to help you run.
Although for running the first choice would also be good, since it has egg and egg keep's you going.

- P.S, ; I would check you're BMI scale you seem to be underweight by quite a few lbs.
But it's not always good to have to much egg.
Limit the egg a little, some is great, but to much is blate.

Goodluck !Health Question & Answer

The egg... but use the whole egg, not just the white. An egg is only 70 calories and there's a lot of nutrition in the yolk.

Besides, egg protein is the purest protein there is.Health Question & Answer
