in the first place exercise is a lifelong commitment,not a fat loss gimmick.Its just like taking a bath or getting a good night of sleep. If all you`re gonna exercise is merely to lose weight then you`ve already FAILED!!There are two types of exercises which you MUST ALWAYS mix regularly to lose fat to the optimum extent.(im taking about cardio and toning/resistance exercises).Dont forget that a balanced diet for your whole life is a must.God bless you.Health Question & Answer
