umm thats not that amzing oh by the way for people that dont know the first kid weighs 91 pounds and the seond weighs 105 pounds. and to continue with the answer ur lucky you are the one that controlls the food int eh house just dont buy lots of junk and play with them get them involved in a sport or something it will also help in the future and make them have fun while excercisng wat i do with my bro is have a jumping rope "contest" we see who does more for ex i do 30 then he tries to beat me and when he does i say i can do more and it goes on but they might not fall for that so wat else you can do is have them play tag they are running while doing that they wont even notice anything different most likely. also the food make healthier choices instead of snacking them on chips, poptarts and choclate, give them popcorn (not the kind with tons or butter) or pretzels, or fruits or fruit snacks theyre good way and healthier, but give them a treat like once every week, and buy-make them a healthier meal make them like fish or chicken and boil it and grill it do not fry with oil it wont help and u get hte point make them like veggies from when they are young and dont stress that much about htem they are you and theyll grow out of theire weight when they grow a little more but u can help them by doing some of the stuff i suggested if ud like. good luck hope this helpedHealth Question & Answer

Consume healthy foods and do not skip meals. Eat six small meals a day, rather than eating a few large meals. Your blood sugar will be level, and you will not feel as hungry.
Eat at the table, not standing up. Have one specific place you will eat all your meals (unless you are out with friends). This keeps you from eating food mindlessly in front of the TV. Take time to chew, count to 30 for each bite. Chewing more can help you lose weight. You will find that you will get full faster, and will not have to eat as much. Remember that it takes at least 20 minutes to actually notice that you're full or not hungry anymore.
