i was just reading glamour magazine (uk) and they put a meal plan so here is the lunch ideas all of 'em are about 350 calories
1-Tuna & salmon sushi
grab a pack of sushi w/ about 9 pieces.go easy on the soy sauce but eat the wasabi to boost your metabolism.
2-chicken salad sandwich
or top granary bread with light mayo,tomatoes,lettuce and 80g lean roasted turkey,chicken,beef or ham.
3-home-made houmous pita
a small whole meal pita with 125g of reduced fat houmous,cherry tomatoes and crunchy veggies (such as carrots and cucumbers)
4-lentil and bacon soup
have some soup (bean,lentil,pea and ham are ideal) with whole meal bread.
5-tomato and basil chicken pasta salad

i would suggest a nice salad which you can vary from day to day so you dont get bored.

use unusual veg aswell such as sliced fennel or chicory and fruit such as sliced pear. you could also add nuts for extra protein and crunch like walnuts. i sprinkle grated cheese over the top (Edam or Mozzerala is low in fat) and forego the dressing vut you could have a lowfat dressing like balsamic or a vingarette.

Sprinkle with lots of pepper and bobs your uncle!! Delish and non fattening.
