Question: I really really need to cut weight.?
morning everyone ok I really need to cut weight for wrestling I tried starving my self and the coach told me if I do it again ill be kicked off so that's not going to work. Um so do you guys know some carido workouts and so good dieting ideas. If it helps I'm 5/6 142 pounds and a female so I would really appreciate any advise.Health Question & Answer

what is your daily lifestyle are you eating fatty foods and junk food.?
cut them down first
and are you giving any exercise to your body.?.? if not start from now on

eat portion control and 5 fives a day
make sure you have protein in your diet never follow fancy diets
eat more salads drink 3 liters of water for a day...no sodas....
exercise atleast 5 days a week so cardio,aerobic and weights keep alternating them...do not repeat same exercise daily it will become like a habit to body so keep changing .. and loosing 2 lbs a week is healthy way of loosing weight you can keep it away forever do not try to loose more weight at time it will come back for sure.

never starve doing so your metabolism will decrease and the rate at which you burn calories decreases so eat frequent small meals.

Best cardio workout is free. It's called running. Do it daily. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from empty carbs. Ask your coach if you need some help with a good diet plan. I'm sure he can help you out.Health Question & Answer
