Question: What is the best way to keep your mind on your diet.?
I am a natural vegetarian... So I still drink milk products and stuff.... but now I am on an vegan diet, as one of my new years resolutions... I keep on breaking the diet with Starbucks or Ice cream... etc.... and I can't seem to stay on track.? Any suggestions.?Health Question & Answer

Its all in what motivates you. I don't know why you feel the need to do it so I can't tell you how to stay on track. For me and my diet its the fact that if I begin to stray from my clean eating then I put on the fat FAST!! I weighed 230 pounds 2 years ago and now weigh 175 (gained 5 over the holidays) I hate the way I looked fat and love the way I look fit! Actually, you don't have to diet as such in order to lose weight, the one thing which definitely showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials left, it was reported in Reader's Digest and USA Today. Strange! I plan on changing my diet big time and read in Sparks this am to calculate /track the foods you eat therefore you'll manage then.
