If your hungry then eat something good with protein in it. A really good food that wont keep you hungry for awhile is eggs, try making a hard boiled egg. You can even chop it up and but it in a nice salad with some healthy dressing. if you don't really feel like making a salad then just make a sandwich with whole wheat bread, the items you put in that is your choice. You can also take some pita bread, put some veggies inside or whatever you enjoy that is healthy, top it off with some low fat ranch dressing and you got yourself a yummy snack!Health Question & Answer

Fresh fruit or veggies. Think of a diet as a way of living and not something temporary otherwise it won't work. Make sure that what you're eating is balanced and nutritious but also the right proportions--not too little or you will find that urge to snack. Try keeping a journal at first to see how much you're eating and that will help you figure out your eating habits and where to begin in rethinking your diet. Talk to your doctor about wanting to lose weight and see what he/she recommends as well.Health Question & Answer
