Hey I am fifteen. And I need you.

I wanna get fit (and lose 15) pounds before my birthday (JULY 8th)

So I need:

A) A diet Plan

B) A work out plan

C) moral support/tips

please help i
i am 15 5'8 145 and I wanna lose about 15 pounds and get a six pack by July 8th!

honestly, i'm 17 and about 2 years ago when i was fifteen, i lost 20 pounds and that too by a really easy diet

i drank LOTS and i mean LOTS of water, like 3 liters a day...and i also ate an apple every night for dinner. i ate multigrain cheerios with milk every day for breakfast, and i was pretty easy on my lunch menu :) although i did eat homemade subway sandwhich type things for lunch most of the days, but stay away from mayonaise and mustard and those fatty things ...i said NO to fast food, unless it was subway of course...but i saw at HEB some people who ate 3 apples a day and lost oodles of weight...i dunno if it would work though

sign up for gym and work out every day for at LEAST one or two hours
running the treadmill will help burn fat but it doesnt really help with muscles...the gym will have excercising machines for you, usually the ones in which you pull your arms out and back into your chest area are the ones that work on your six pack

C
its not that hard to lose weight, don't try over the counter things like hydroxycut or whatever its called...it might backfire on you. salads are ok for your diet too, just dont go crazy with dressing
