Question: How I got ripped and a six pack, do you think you could eat what I eat it day in day out for 5-6 months.?
This is what my diet has looked like for the past 6 months. One meal every other week I'll have a cheat meal. I finally got a six pack through my diet, cardio, and lifting. Do you think you could eat this day in and day out.? How long do you think you could stick with eating this.?

Meal 1 - 1 cup egg whites, oatmeal, apple
Meal 2 - Whey Protein, oatmeal
Meal 3 - Tuna, broccoli
Meal 4 -(post workoutmeal) Whey, Banana
Meal 5- Chicken, Broccoli
Meal 6- Cottage cheese, Natural Peanut butter.Health Question & Answer

i would change it up have like two diets sorta speak u know day 1 have that day 2 have something else and alternate
i mean i COULD do it but it'd be hard for me
plus since u already got the six pack and wanna maintain not lose anymore ..then u gotta eat a bit more than when u were losing weight slowly go up by 10% caloric intake A week if ur at 1500cals and neede 2000cals to maintain ( u can figure it out by mulitplying ur weight by 15 18 if ur real active then start week one 1650cals then go up to 1800cals then 2000cals and stay thereHealth Question & Answer

I could last up until meal 3 cause I'm a vego......

But if I wasn't a vegatarian I could probably only last 2 days!
