Question: Why does biggest loser people lose 10lb per week.?
u need to lose 3500 calories to lose a lb
i know they have really good trainers (i love jilian)
and they have restricted diet
and they are obese (fat people tend lose weight faster.?)

it's amazing how people can lose 10lb per week while i'm struggling to lose a lb week. i'm not skinny, i'm 170lb, how can i lose 10lb per week like them.?

well you work right.? You dont wake up and workout 8 hours a day..you most likely dont have a trainer..and they eat every couple of hours on a very strict diet..drink nothing but water..i suggest getting Jillians book, Making The Cut, its a very good book, very informative and motivating.Health Question & Answer

The more weight that you have to lose, the easier that it is to lose. As you get closer and closer to a healthier weight for you, it becomes harder to lose large amounts of weight at any one time.

I have struggled with weight my entire life, but recently was able to start eating my way to losing 10+ lbs per week, without having to give up my entire life to working out or eating really healthy, bad tasting foods.

The people On biggest loser are very very obese. Far worse then just being overweight
They work out four hours a day and have severely limited calorie intakes
