i am 24 female ht 5.5 wt 176 lbs trying to lose weight my diet plan is below
morning breakfast halfcup oatmeal
1/2 cuo vegetable juice
snack 1 orange fruit
afternoon lunch vegetable sub
evening 6 srawberries 1 mango
night 1 vegetable sub

You need to make sure you are getting the nutrients your body needs while still cutting back the calories, fat, and sodium. You may want to include some source of healthy fat (just one or two servings a day) such as olive oil or nuts. Finally there is absolutely no substitute for exercise when it comes to losing weight, especially if you don't have huge amounts of weight to lose.
