Question: Has anyone started losing weight quickly.?
I have lost ten pounds in four days. The only thing i have changed is drinking water, and stopped eating all the time. I am not even heavy so i am just wondering if this is ok. I haven't even ben exercising. what is a healthy amount of weight to lose at a time. i wanted to drop ten pounds so i got what i wanted, but has anyone heard of this happening.Health Question & Answer

Oh wow that is a lot of weight in a short amount of time. It could be that a lot of it has to do with water weight. Have you been throwing up or had any upset stomach problems.? To lo0se one pound means to burn 3500 calories. If you havent been excercising, than a normal person would burn about 1600 calories per day. It seems that you have burned 35,000!!!!! You shouldn't stop eating to lose weight. You must have your 3 day meals ie breakfast, lunch and dinner before 7pm. You do have to check your body mass index before losing any more weight and exercise (brisk walking 30 minutes a day should do) at least 3 times a week is a must.
