Did i eat good or bad today?!


Question: Did i eat good or bad today.?
i'm recovering from anorexia, pescatarian (eat no red meat or poultry but eat fish) and i drank 2 litres of water. i danced for 1 hr 30 and did 300 crunches.
breakfast: quaker reduced-sugar oatmeal with about 1/4 cup skim milk on top, orange juice
snack: nutrigrain bar
lunch: whole wheat grilled cheese sandwich (made by toasting bread and microwaving, not frying) with mexican bean spread (contains mostly beans, tomatoes and cheese) and lettuce, v8 juice
snack: 1 apple
dinner: about 1 cup tuna casserole (made with orzo, which is rice-shaped pasta), vegetables (either peas or salad)
snack: 1 huge banana (about the size of 2 bananas lol), 1 orange, and either 1 cup of reduced sugar hot chocolate made with 1% milk or 1 cup of 1% milk with 1 tablespoon of nestles strawberry syrup. which would you suggest.?

yeah good choices! just make sure your getting enough protein. maybe try eating your banana with peanut butter! good protein and natural fats your body needs!

You ate great! Maybe you could add a little more protein, to help give you energy to workout without giving you fat... try maybe a protein bar or lowfat peanut butter. And as fo your snack, if it is cold, have the hot choc!Health Question & Answer
