Am I not progressing on my abs?!

Question: Am I not progressing on my abs.?
These are the exercises I use that I THINK workout your abs in some way: Reverse crunch, Squat thrusts, Criss-Cross, Mountain climbers and Corckscrew also helps like lower abs a little.

I feel the muscle when I flex it, but the thing that it's harder on my off day (since the day before I worked it out), but on the day that I workout again, it feels less hard (feels like a slightly deflated basketball). It does feel like it's sticking out more (because I'm losing all the fat that are in front of the abs).

Is this normal.? I don't get sore any more, but it still burns when I workout (knocks my breath out when I stop and the pain slowly creeps in).

Could it get used to the workouts even though I use different variations.?

Any help is appreciated!

It could be because your body fat percentage isnt low enough. Try to get down to about 11 - 12% and you can see with flexing and to get abs without even flexing probably 7-8%. Abs are a tricky muscle because they are easy to over train. When you over train they get weeker or stay the same and you wont see any progress. But you also have to make sure you train them enough. Dont forget to work your obliques too.
