I have access to treadmills, a swimming pool, and a place to jog for pretty long distances. I also have access to stairs which are often empty.Health Question & Answer

Swimming is the best thing you can do because it works every muscle in your body, and it's a non-contact sport (so no worries about bad knees, shin-splints etc). I started swimming 2 years ago my junior year of highschool and i'm so glad, I definitely saw positive body results, and plus it's really fun.Health Question & Answer

you wont wanna gain muscle, it will make you heavier. burn fat by doing cardio (high heart rate excercises) like running, swimming, aerobics jumping jacks etc...

I think you could do with losing a bit of weight. im 5'4" and im in the process of getting down to my ideal of 90lbs. You should be fine, just work hard and eat less.
