I must have tried every diet going.
If you do this diet it will probably work really well but I can gaurentee that you wont be able to stick to it for too long.
also in the long run its not healthy for your body at all as you are depriving your body from the goodness that it needs. You will put on weight once you stop the diet and your body will cling onto all the fats in the food that you do start to eat because you have starved it of what it needs.
Good luck if you do go ahead with it but i am a fitness instructor and healthy eating (3 well balanced meals ) and exercise will do the trick and the weight will stay off! xHealth Question & Answer

It will. Just because losing weight is simply a matter of calories output must be more then intake. However, I don't believe you'll experience long term health or weight loss that way and are liable to gain back the weight the second you revert to a regular diet. My advice would be to learn to live with all types of good food and have then regular and often in your diet with good exercise and it'll become a life style which will be second nature, rather then a restrictive diet that always feels like deprivation. Keep your chin up and know it took you a period of time to get unhealthy, it'll take you just as long to get back in shape and stay that way so that you never have to diet again.Health Question & Answer

I've tried every diet known to man but nothing worked as good as acai berry. I know they say that pills do not work, however they sure worked for me, and they've been shown on CBS News too. There is a free trial on right now at http://farihets.worldcom.bz , why not try it, what have you got to lose.?Health Question & Answer

It's not what you eat, it's how much. Weight loss is a simple input and output balance. You need a healthy (well balanced) reduced calorie diet, combined with daily exercise.

You need to make sure you are eating adequately.Health Question & Answer
