have i eaten to much today and how many cals have i consumer

today i ate:

2 x toast with butter
1 x bowl of soup (beef gulash)

have i eaten to much and how many cals w9ould i need to burn to lsoe 15 lbs asap.?!

currently i am:

From just looking at your post, I can tell that you're already underweight and if you lose any more weight, it will be VERY unhealthy. But just to give you more information about what you're eating:

- not enough calories:
...piece of toast (69 calories) x 2 = 138 calories
...butter (assuming you didn't use a lot = 50ish cal) = 50 cal
...bowl of soup (1.5 cups) = 188 cal

Total calories for the day = 376

Now, calculating your basal metabolic rate, it equals 1454.8 calories. That means, you need 1455 calories per day just to live (this means lying in bed all day not even moving). Almost no one can survive on less than 1000 calories per day in the long term.

So...basically, you're killing yourself.

Please get ahold of a local dietitian and get some help. Your body deserves better.

By the way, your BMI (body mass index) is equal to 19.5. That's at the level of a supermodel. Any lower and you wouldn't qualify to enter into a Spanish fashion show because they would call you too unhealthy to walk the runway (just for your information :))Health Question & Answer

You sound skinny to me.
I'm 5 8 and currently 131 lbs, and I look great, so I can't say that I think you should lose anything.
Additionally, that kind of eating will send your metabolism in a state of shock , and then your body will hold on to all the fat tomorrow, after all, it must protect it's stores and it doesn't know how much you are going to feed it.
If you want to lose weight, then you must eat. Sounds weird but that's the way it works. You just need to eat less, but not so much less that you shock your system.
Here's a thought; eat and then exercise more than you are now. That's the kind of shock your body needs, but please fuel that body, unless you favor dying of malnutrition.Health Question & Answer

You need to eat less, but not that much less. You also need to eat healthy with a balanced nutrition in your meals. To do it correctly and the fastest way, is to workout doing cardio and becoming stronger in the gym. The more muscle you have the more fat you can burn.Health Question & Answer
