Question: I lost the weight but.....?
ok so i lost the weight that i wanted i am comfortable now but im flabby mostly on my thighs, arms and stomach how can i build muscle.?lifting weights.? what exercises.?and what to eat .?thanks!!!!Health Question & Answer

You are on the right path u need to work out. If you lift weights try to make long series with little weight (A weight that you can easily lift, and make around 20-30 repetitions), that would help you to tone down your body.

Try to also do some cardiovascular training and aerobics are pretty good to get on shape. One last thing the skin will take a while to mold itself again, a couple of months or so I suggest to try a body firming cream or lotion.Health Question & Answer

How long has it been since you lost all the weight.? I have a friend who lost 60 lbs and she had a lot of excess skin and flab in the same places and her abdomen. She started doing toning exercise and in about 4 months-the skin tightened pretty good. She also swore that using the sauna at the gym after swimming helped with this. If the weight loss was recent-I'd give it a little time before doing anything drastic like surgery.
