What should i eat daily?!


Question: What should i eat daily.?
Okay im 16 years old and im 6'1 and weight about 198 pounds im trying to lose weight and stuff from my boobs and stomache. . . .
But i dont know what to eat to loose weight i excersize daily for about 30 mins. of cardio so ya i need like a specific list of what i should eat daily please. . . and if you wanna tell me some tips of losing weight and stuff i would appreciate it . . . . I've been to dieticans && stuff, and theyy all say the same things..

You have to burn the same amount of calories as you consume to lose weight.

So keep the exercise coming.
Do sit-ups, jumping jacks, job in place, push ups, lunges, crunches, leglifts, ect.

For Food all you really need to do is eat five square meals a dayy.

Portion them out properly as well.

Breakfast- 300 Calories.
Example) A piece of fruit, regular oatmeal, and a glass of milk.
or
Light yogurt, and a bagel.

Lunch- 500 Calories.
Example) Turkey sandwich on wheat bread, with light mayo.
Carrot sticks, a piece of fruit, and one cup of baked chips.
or
One 4 oz. piece of grilled or baked chicken on a bowl of fresh greens,
low fat dressing, a piece of fruit, and a water.

Snack- 100/200 calories.
Example)Piece of fruit and a water
or a granola bar/fiber one bar/nutrigrain bar and a water.

Dinner- 500/600 Calories.
Example) A 4oz. piece of grilled or baked fish. Talapia or Salmon is best. A cup of brown rice, steamed vegetables, a wheat roll with low fat butter, and a bottle of water.
or
A 4 oz. lean piece of chicken, a baked potato with low fat butter, steamed vegetables, and a small piece of corn on the cobb, and a bottle of water.

PM snack- 100/200Calories.
Example)1 cup of frozen yogurt
or a piece of fruit with low fat dipping sauce.

When it comes to food just be smart.
Nothing fried, heavily seasoned, high in sodium, greasy, Crispy or anything that is fake. What I mean by that is packaged food that you know isn't good for you.

Look for:
Vegetables and fruit.
Baked and Grilled meats.
Foods high in Fiber.
Lean meat.
Light dressings, low fat butter.
Organic.
100 Calorie packs.
Brown rice.

Don't starve yourself either.
When you do good on your meal plan treat yourself.

The key to a healthy diet is being successful and having control.
It's all about the control you have over yourself.

i cant give you an exact LIST of foods. but i can tell u that u should watch your calorie intake,watch for foods w/alot of trans fats and just keep up w/that cardio. dont worry, if u stick with it and watch what u eat, youll get the results u wantHealth Question & Answer
