Help on this diet I'm starting?!


Question: Help on this diet I'm starting.?
I have a few questions for a diet im begining.
First of all, is it alright for me to have coffee during sieting, like going to Dunkin Donuts and buying a coffee coolatta.?
second, can I get DIET soda.? is it still bad.?
third, can I still treat myself to something small like a starbursts pack every now and then.? not ALL he time tho, noteen a lotHealth Question & Answer

firstly coolatta has a lot of calories because of all the sugar in it
try a regular coffee instead with splenda
or if you want something coolatta ish make a cup of regular coffee then add splenda into it while its hot leave it out or put it in the fridge
when its cold use a blender and blend ice and the cofee together
when the beverage is cold it cant absorb sugar easily compared to when its hot
diet soda is ok i mean it has bad stuff in it and still has calories but better than the coolatta
and the starburts pack is ok as long as your talking about those little two pieces fun packs
not often though like 2 or 3 times a week tops and like a reward to urself for working out or something

I would say never, ever restrict yourself completely when dieting. Which is why it should be a lifestyle change instead of a diet. The Coffee is okay I just would not do it all the time. Diet soda is a no no... Its worse than the regular stuff. I mean if you want to drink it, go ahead but not all the time. Of course you can treat yourself to something small every now and then.

This is why I always recommend Weight Watchers to people you get to eat what you want without worrying about if its going to affect your weight. Just count your points.

I would try this workout. At the same time you will be gaining muscule and burning fat. So its awesome.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Two 5 pounds weights.
* means one 5 pound weight in each hand.

If you don't have two 5 pound weights try using water bottles full of water.


Workout:
Stretch
*20 Bench Press x3
20 squats x3
*20 side arm lifts x3
20 crunches x3
20 push-ups x3
*20 lunges x3
20 leg lifts x3
Walk for 30 mins
Stretch

Stretching before your workout helps you not to pull a muscule during your workout.

Stretching after your workout helps you not be AS sore afterward.

I try to do this everyday, but I'm sure you would get results doing this only 2-4 days a week. I recomend everyday.


Eat 1500 calories a day and drink 8 glasses of water daily.

You will lose weight and tone up!


I've lost 6 pounds and I've only been doing it for a week!


You can do it! i know you can!

You will be sore. and it will hurt but you can do it.

Don't be scared to add more excercises of more reps.

I like Dreamers plan, however I would not suggest lifting weights daily, as your muscles need time to recooperate. I reccommend alternating cardio and strength training. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
