Question: 17 years old, 5'9", 140 lbs.?
I recently started exercising, and I'm a 17 year old 5'9" girl that weighs 140 lbs. I am exercising every day for an hour and a half, and began eating healthier. I have some extra baggage, and I would like to lose around 10 pounds. How long would this take.? I am going on a trip in March and would like to lose it by then. And should I lose more than 10 if I weigh this much.? Thanks!Health Question & Answer

I think you need to lose zero pounds...you may need a bit of tonig up but definitely dont need to lose weight.
Exercise and healthy eating should help turn any fat you have into muscle which will give you the toned attractive look you most likely want.
