Question: If all that matters is the total number of calories at the end of the day.?
Would you still lose weight eating 600 calories at night.? (just an example) as opposed to more regular meals.?

I already know that the answers are going to be "metabolism metabolism" but for the rule of a calorie deficit, what does this mean.?Health Question & Answer

I have always been a terrible night eater and probably why I had a weight problem. But the raw vegan diet means you can eat anytime because I have done just that losing a bunch of weight. I do not like the deprivation idea and with raw veganism you do not need to.

I know you have told me that the raw vegan diet is too difficult as of school and dinnertime, but we are talking about your health not cultural politics. Sometimes the latter are excuses not to be disciplined. However, life to me is just that, discipline but not deprivation; they are not necessarily one and the same. In other words, if one had an eating regime that allowed one to eat any time (time is the measurement of duration and what has the latter have to do with anything if we do not measure, no time.?) and lose weight, they have a discipline without depriving themselves. Hence, it is not always easy insofar as my wife and I were vegetarian, vegan, and then raw vegan in that order. It was easy changing to raw veganism for us, in my opinion, the proper and golden age diet. It is simple and powerful! I have lost 120 lbs in twelve months starting at 270 lbs. I have ten pounds to go to be svelte.

I know people argue vehemently about no body fat, but I have been there and feel very strong having fought martially in the ring never losing.

To me calories are not the issue regarding a proper very healthy raw vegan diet. Counting calories is a pain.

calories arent all that matters. you need to also get all of the essential nutrients, vitamins, protein, carbs, water, fats, and minerals. this may help you lose weight but it wont be healthy. you arent eating enough of anything. and eating a lot right before you go to sleep slows your metabolism so its better to eat a bigger breakfast or lunch.Health Question & Answer

When your body does not get enough calories it goes into starvation mode and will try to hang on to everything you eat.

It is good to cut down but 600 would be depriving yourself...Health Question & Answer
