How can I eat more healthily? ?!


Question: How can I eat more healthily.? .?
I'm thin, but I should probably be eating healthier.
So two questions: How many times should one be eating pasta in a week.? I think I eat too much pasta...
also, is it really unhealthy not to eat fish, I dislike fish, except for tuna salad...

I love pasta too and I think twice a week is okay. Watching what you put on the pasta is more important...heavy cream sauces, pesto sauce, those will all add calories and grams of fat. Stick to a basic tomato sauce or olive oil, garlic w/vegetables on your pasta.

You should try some other fish....I know it's hard because you don't like it. They say salmon is one of the biggies. Sometimes the way it's cooked or grilled can make a difference in taste. Tuna salad is great but you also have to watch your tuna intake. Other than that, go for chicken dinner with vegetables on the side. Stick to whole grains, fruits and vegatables, nuts, and eat breakfast every day.

You should be eating pasta twice a week at the max. Fish contains a lot of really healthy vitamins and minerals that are great for you. Have you tried all fish.? Shrimp, catfish, crab, lobster, salmon, grouper, talapia...
They're all great for you, and you can cook them in many ways so that they taste good to you.

As for overall healthy eating, try to eat all natural stuff, cut down on soda, drink more water, cut back on sweet stuff, and get the servings of fruits and veggies that you need (5 servings of fruit and 5 servings of veggies).Health Question & Answer
