Is it Safe to eat the same thing every day?!


Question: Is it Safe to eat the same thing every day.?
I usually eat Salmon every morning (Color Added)
I usually eat Boneless Skinless Chicken breast, every lunch & dinner.
I eat 4 egg whites every morning too.
I take 1 multi vitamin
I usually drink a shake that consist of: Bok Choy, Celery, Apple (2)

I do all that stuff every single day.

I know those things are healthy, really healthy. But is it ok to eat them every day like that.? I have been doing it for a little while now, I want to hear some peoples opinion.Health Question & Answer

it's never good if you keep on doing the "good" stuff forever. Basically, it's not possible for the same foods to have ALL or almost all the nutrients and amino acids and vitamins. I know it might be healthy but dont you get tired of eating them.? I do, and i will. If you eat the same things everyday then you will have an excess amount of specific nutrients from these foods and that will do more harm than good.Health Question & Answer

It sounds safe enough, but it's not the nutrition that concerns me: you may have the onset of an eating disorder. They usually begin with this type of militant control over your caloric intake. Please be careful and aware and get help if you find yourself obsessing over food.
