Question: Is this a bad breakfast.?
a bowl of regular cheerios with a whole wheat toast,(no butter) and one egg white bad to eat.? will it make me gain weight if i eat a salad and fruit and veggies and tuna for dinner.?

Will it make you gain weight.? Only if you eat so much that you cannot get up from the table -- especially since you seem to be physically active.
News flash, though: Your body actually needs some fat intake in order to create sustained energy the body can use -- not a lot of fat intake, but at least some. And, believe it or don't, all those excess carbs are worse for you than if you didn't get any at all. Eat more actual protein, since that is what the body uses to replace cells (Carbs provide quick energy - not sustained energy or cell-building material). Really, there is nothing at all wrong with having some fat on the body, so long as it isn't so thick that you need to wear "Plus Size" clothing.
Here's a hint: Include the butter on the toast, and keep the egg yolk with the egg white.
A breakfast of bacon & eggs (with yolks); white bread with butter, honey and jam/jelly; cereal with whole milk -- when I stoppede eating that kind of breakfast, I started to gain weight.... Of course, I also stopped engaging in physical activities, too.
It has nothing to do with any generalized "caloric intake". If it were just how many "calories" you get each day, you could eat nothing but the salads at McDonald's every day -- and still get "fat".Health Question & Answer

haha you serious........that is a healthy diet I say. bad breakfast is like bacon and sausage and an omelet with lots of cheese and white toast and butter and then McDonald's for dinner and no running at all that day.
try not to use too much salad dressing on the salad though. maybe have the dressing on the side and dip whatever is in your salad in the dressing. use like a couple of tablespoons of dressing. or a little bit more if low fat dressing.Health Question & Answer
