Question: How to propagate the benefits of vegetarianism to the mankind and save them from diseases and hospitalization.?
Fats and blocks are reportedly caused by non- veg foods,junk foods,frozen foods, deep roasts,ice creams etc leading to heart attack,paralysis,jaundice,diabetes,htn etc.It has become necessary to suggest fibrous foods, green leafy vegetables,fruits and natural juices etc to promote good health to all.Health Question & Answer

It's a personal choice, you can't convince someone either way.
"Propagate" thru education because education is key to making an intelligent, healthful choice in diet & there are valid arguments for all sides.
Personally, my conclusion so far, in terms of overall health, is that moderation is key. Altho my family are primarily vegetarian, we also eat dairy (including eggs), fish & occasionally chicken. But most often we use meat substitutes. We avoid red meats all together.
In our opinion, from what we've learned, this is the most healthful diet.

Processed foods are a different subject tho. They are a horrible contributor to poor health...however...they are not exclusive to non-vegetarians. People who consider themselves vegetarian may still eat processed foods, & non-vegitarians may avoid them like the plague.

And I'm not clear on what you are insinuating about "frozen foods".?Fruits & veggies can be frozen. Freezing doesn't make them bad for your health.?.?

Contrary to one poster's answer, vegetarians are not necessarily deficient in protein. There are many natural protein sources other than meat...this is where education comes in ;)
Humans may be classified as omnivores, based on our history, but that only means we eat meat, it doesn't mean we eat meat exclusively, obviously. We've always eaten a combination. So that's not a valid argument for eating meat. We've come a long way in human evolution & can handle a meatless diet because we have SOOO many choices now, with the same nutritional values...but none of the negative effects of mass produced meat products. At one time in our ancient history it was a matter of sheer survival that we eat animal meat so we took the good with the bad. But we have valid alternatives available now.

Unfortunately a lot of people regard vegetarians as weirdos because their diets do not conform to what is regarded as traditional, orthodox and normal. Vegetarians are often regarded as health fanatics and health nuts and are often ridiculed by people.

To try and change people's customs and traditions is a losing battle and in most cases a waste of time.

Besides a vegetarian or vegan diet other good and very healthy diets are the Mediterranean diet, the Pritikin diet and the Okinawa diet.

People who have lived well past 100 have thrived on different diets but they do all seem to have one thing in common and that is a modest or low calorie intake ranging from a very minimum of 1,200 calories a day to a maximum of 1,500 or even 1,800 calories per day but no more.Health Question & Answer

Don't lie or use made-up PETA pseudo science. Just the facts. Don't be self-righteous, condescending, or moralistic. Find doctors willing to back you up. If these things can't be done then you're just pushing an agenda and it will just make people mad or think you're a nut.
