Question: How much weight do you think i would lose in 3 week if i.........?
im pretty chubby so i heard its easier to lose weight when you have extra weight on you.I eat a lot of sweets so im hoping by cutting them all out that will help a lost as well. Im not going to have any sweets,junkfood, soda, etc

im going to get up half an hour earlier every day and do 100 sit ups and then spend the rest of the time on the electric bike. Then for breakfast a healthy breakfast bar. For lunch small serving of chicken and some salad. Then for a snack some almonds. Then i have weight training again anyways so i do the bike for 35 mins agian. Then i come home and im not sure if i should do the bike some more agian before my hw or if thats too much. Then for dinner just smaller portionas and not eating ater 8 and no dessert. By doing this how much weight do you i would lose.?

What is a healthy and simple way to lose weight is to exercise an hour a day and not a straight hour. 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon coupled with a sensible diet of meat, fruit, veggies and carbs.. around 1200 calories a day.
