i am currently doing a
3*3 workout
hang cleans
dead lifts
bench
rows
three times a week. what i was wondering is it okay to do hiit five days a week. i lift in the morning and am looking for something a little extra to get in better shape.Health Question & Answer

first, let me say thats an awesome routine. thank you for not posting that you curl and bench and do tricep pushdowns 7 days a week. thats a pretty brutal workout especiall doing a 3x3. maybe throw some cardio in there for your conditioning or 2 days with high rep squats. other than that, great workout. im a powerlifter myself and cant stand seeing retards come to the gym everyday doing curls, bench and tris. it kills me!!Health Question & Answer
obviously you could do it 5 times a week, but do it gradually, maybe from your three times a week, go to four, for about 2 weeks, and then once your comftorable with that, you can move to five times a week.Health Question & Answer
your basicly only working your chest shoulders and back.. you should get all the muscle groups and leave more time to rest.. add more muscle groups and you can spend alot more time at the gymHealth Question & Answer
