That's very good, but i have seen this problem before with my clients, it more like you have a under active thyroid problem, or something else that is similar, go to the doctor and confirm this and you can get some tablets that will not let you body digest fat.Health Question & Answer

You're doing okay. I would suggest increasing the mileage you walk.

Increase it to 2-3 miles if possible. You are a little older and you can't expect to drop pounds and be super healthy like when you were 20 or 30.

Keep doing what you're doing and look for little ways to stay on your feet more often.

Good luck!Health Question & Answer

I could give you great tips but I can lower my BMI by a point each month. I'm at 28.2 for BMI right now BUT I'm 16 and a male so my metabolism must be many times higher than yours. Just eat 1000 calories of fresh veggies and fruit and walk 5-7 miles a day. I only can go 6 before my thighs cramp up but I still can go to 10 or higher.Health Question & Answer
