How do I keep up the MOTIVATION!?!


Question: How do I keep up the MOTIVATION!.?
Okay I have been going to the gym. I signed up last week and went every day but I took the weekend off. I am honestly really enjoying it but here is the thing. I have been to the gym in the past and would go for a month or two. I want to keep at it to lose some pregnancy weight and also after my goal is accomplished I would like to keep up with it! I have to admit I already feel better about myself. I am just afraid I will lose the motivation to keep at it. How do you keep it up.? I feel like I might be able to because after I had my son I learned quite a bit...like patience! How did you do it.?Health Question & Answer

I keep my motivation by remembering where I started from..275lbs!
I love to exercise and see my body change, I would get frustrated as well. I don't want to quit, but I would be very tired.
I would sit down and remember how fat I was, and how if I don't do it now, then I never will.

well i lost 67lbs but i was doing the atkins diet i love it but you must keep going to the gym to help tigtning your skin i was 195lbs and now 128lbs i lost the weight in about 9 months my motivation was that i weighed every day and every pound that i would go down would motivate me to keep losing .. good luck just think of how good you will look after all that hard work,..

for my self I had/have it easy when my doctor said that I had diabetes she said and I'll paraphrase her words. She said "fat boy you have to loose the weight or you will die" Ok not quite that way but that was her meaning, she and my partner ganged up on me too loose the weight. With my partner loosing weight at the same time she has made it easier for both of us because we are supporting each other. I think the real secret is to make it a habit take the same time every week/day and just do it and let the rest of the world go to hell in a handbasket for that time period.
