Should i drink protein shakes on days when i don't work out?!


Question: Should i drink protein shakes on days when i don't work out.?
I usually only drink it right after a workout but what if I drink it on my off days since it's actually a good low calorie source of protein.? It would be great with breakfast to go with some cereal or a bagel or something. Will it make me grow man boobs or something if I do.?Health Question & Answer

Yes,if your workin out its important to take protein even on the days ur restin. I usually pour half of my(chocolate flavour) protein drink into my porridge wit a chopped banana in the mornins for breakfast or as a meal before I train and drink the other half, or durin the day hav a shake with a large pear or banana.
