You are mostly focused on the chest (flys, bench press and dips) , the triceps of course is being the secondary muscle used . If you have a way to do pull ups , for your back and biceps. Bicep curls, sit ups and one leg squats are easy to do at home. Shoulder press, shoulder fly, and shoulder shrugs are good ones too. You need to even out things, you can't just work out the chest everyday.Health Question & Answer

What I've learned recently is that the body does not work well in muscle isolation.
I would recommend several different types of exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts,
presses and pulls, mountain climbers, sprinting, etc.

You want full body exercises that stimulate
the greatest hormonal and metabolic changes within the body.

If you focus on mostly full body multi-joint combo exercises and couple with a healthy diet of natural unprocessed whole foods, then viola those elusive six-pack abdominals will yours!

I was looking for a way to get rid of belly fat. Then I came across this site that helped me a lot! It showed me how to do work-outs properly. I also found great diet tips.

Here is the site: http://www.how-to-have-a-flat-stomach.co...

At that site there is a free ebook that you can download that is chocked full of great ideas!
Wishing you all the best!Health Question & Answer
