Breakfast-2 eggs cooked in no calorie cooking spray-150 cals

snack-unsalted cashews-120 cals

lunch-large salad with grilled chicken and light ital dressing-200 cals

Snack-cantelops-65 cals

Dinner-Grilled chicken, brown rice, and baby veggies-340 cals

I did20 mins on my elliptical before breakfast and will do 40 mins tonight. also 80 oz of water. What do you think.? I know its a bit low cal so any suggestions to make it more calories and still healthy.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
Eat some whole-wheat toast and O.J with your eggs for breakfast
Mix some dried fruit with the cashews (cranberrys would be really good, they're super healthy)
Make sure that you get plenty of whole-wheat grains and fruit.
Overall it's a pretty good diet...
