Question: Make me an exercise plan.? will pick best!.?
Ok so I am 14 , 5 foot and weight 103 pounds. I just want to lose a bit of my thighs and tighten my belly so that it looks really good in a bikini this summer. I don't want abs just the next step down(if that makes sense)
also any foods that I should be eating or things I should be taking to promote weight loss.?

I have a stair stepper if that helps.

Answers:
Daily...I do right after work

Sit up-s for the tummy=100

Thighs= stair stepper or just walking (cardio) I use treadmill

All over= eat healthy no sweets,snacks, or soda.

If you need a snack: veggies fruit or a very low calorie pick
