The BEST way to loose weight provided what you eat is reasonably balanced and healthy is to slightly increase your daily exercise each day until you are exercising about 20mns a day, and to gradually decrease your portions. Having four or five smaller meals spread out through the day is much better than starving yourself all day and bingeing in the evening.

Loosing weight is like a balancing act, with exercise on one side and food on the other. If you have too much food and not enough exercise the balance shifts and you gain weight, the same works in reverse. If you exercise more and eat less then you will loose weight.

Loosing weight slowly is frustrating but it is honestly the best way of getting it off and keeping it off.

hi, well lets put it this way walking for an hour burns no more than 220 calories, where as a kilogram of fat has over 7000 calories. So even if you were to walk for an hour a day it will take you almost 3 months just too loose 1 kg of fat. also you can not take of fat from a certain body part by working out that part particularly.
