Question: Is after doing 30 or so pushups, then drinking a full glass of milk and a scoopt of peanut butter good.?
Trying to build chest bulk here.

will that give me protein enought protein.?

Try getting a protein shake and the best way to do push-ups is in repetitions try doing ten, then wait 15 seconds and do another rep.. Do at least 4 reps then have a protein shake. also, what your having is fine. Both peanut butter and milk have protein. Keep up the good work!Health Question & Answer

It's a good start, but if you want real chest bulk you need some resistance heavier than your own body. Bench presses and Peck Deck Fly's (butterfly presses) are good for this. But the peanut butter and milk is good for sure, high protein and calories will help.Health Question & Answer
