Unfortunately, there is no easy way. If only there was. But it is possible to lose weight and keep the weight off.

Firstly, try eating a healthy, balanced diet of lean meats, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, low fat dairy products, eggs, skimmed milk, sugar free beverages, beans & pulses, and non sugary cereals.

Secondly, keep all junk foods, ready make processed meals, alcohol and sugary fizzy drinks, and takeaway meals to an absolute minimum. These are high in refined sugar and full of saturated fat. The two main ingredients which are responsible for that extra weight gain.

Try to MOVE as MUCH as YOU CAN. EXERCISE will really help to accelerate your weight loss.

There really isn't an easy way. You need to sort out your diet first as you sure got overweight by eating th wrig types of food. People are really convinced their diets are ok but for some magical reason they get fat. In short, you can't take a magic pill and be skinny. Even if the manufacturer promisses wonders, you may lose weight initially, but then put it back on once you go back to old habits.
Try to change your diet to low fat, low carbs, but high protein. Drink well over 2 litres of water a day and don't eat any carbs in the evening. also, you MUST exercise. Otherwise if you starve yoursef you will lose water and muscle but not fat. So, your frame will be smaller but body fat % will still be quite high.

maybe you're thinking like many others out there that the best way to loose weight is to go on some kind of diet with special everyday menu, well thats completely wrong.

The best way to loose weigt is to

*eat at least 4 meals every day, thats the "eat less but eat more often", so you dont eat very much in every meal.

* Eat more fruits and vegetables

*stop eating between meals

*lower sugar and soda drinks

*eat more fish

*do some everyday exercise,it can be walking,jogging,or anything.

But remember, you want se recults right away, this takes time so dont give up and do this!

tip: it's a good idea to reward yourself with something else then what goes in our mouths, for example every week you suceed. Go get a massage or by something you've wanted!
