in detail, iv been working out but only just started using supplements, if i continue to use them for a couple of weeks and then stop using them will i lose and muscle mass iv gained, or will my body gain muscle at a slower rate than it was when i wasnt using supplements.?Health Question & Answer

Whey is just protein, so if you stop taking (you don't have to cycle off this stuff) then just eat a little bit more food a day.. A PB&J sandwich, can of tuna, etc.Health Question & Answer
