How can I lose 15 pounds in 2 months?!

Question: How can I lose 15 pounds in 2 months.?
Answers:
Your plan averages 1.8 lbs a week, which isn't entirely unreasonable. So kudos for wanting to do this safely.

The basic formula is to consume fewer calories than you expend in a day. A lot of people workout and get confused when they don't lose weight because they usually give themselves license to eat more since they're going to the gym.

When figuring this out, remember that your body needs a certain amount of calories in order to just function even if you are completely sedentary. This is usually around 1100 - 1200 calories. There are formulas to roughly figure this out. Then you need to figure out how active you are on a regular day and then how many extra calories you burn when do extensive workouts.

But the easiest way is to watch your portions. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. Stay away from refined and overly processed foods. Don't eat late at night and if you have to eat vegetables or something that's higher in protein. Do at least 30-minutes of exercise in your cardio zone 3-4 times a week. (20-minutes is not enough. This is only good for your heart, you will not burn fat for anything less than 20-minutes.) You do not need fancy heart rate monitors unless you are seriously training. When you start sweating, that's your body's signal that your heart rate is up. Don't shy away from working the muscles, that actually helps with burning fat. And you don't need weights. Resistance training is actually a lot more effective and it feels better for your body since it stretches the muscles.

Eating 4-5 small meals of 400-450 calories throughout the day is best and better on your stomach. It satisfies you without making you feel bloated. And your body can digest it more efficiently.Health Question & Answer

you can do it but it will be hard. You will have to burn about 875 calories a day! That is alot. It depends on how bad u want it. I want it bad but i am pacing myself so that i dont get sick of working out. I got that number by multplying 3500 calories in a pound times 15 pounds then divided by 60 days. It is an estimate. You might even be pleased to see just ten pounds come off. That might be more realistic for u. Good luck girl u can do it.Health Question & Answer
