How do you get a flatter stomach, and get some fat off it?!


Question: How do you get a flatter stomach, and get some fat off it.?
I don't have that much fat, but what is the best i could do.? and how long will it take.? I just want to get that little fat of its not even that much. And what foods should i eat.? Ones that speed up metabolism.? or other.? Which kinds, and what else should i do.?

A combination of lots of cardio (long runs) and isolation workouts, in your case abdominal and oblique muscles, would prove to be very promising. I would try to run around 20 minutes a day, and do abdominal + oblique exercises every other day (3-4 times) a week, a lot to list, google them for a list and description. Obviously, you will not see phenomenal results in just a week, and this is where most people just give up, it is all about consistency. Diet is the main subject to gaining / losing weight. Always eat foods low in fat (although there is good fat, that is usually found in nuts, and are always good to have). also, eat foods low in carbs if you aren't doing anything in the time span. Carbs are the body's main energy source and will turn to fat if not used up. The only good time to eat foods high in carbs, are before workouts and directly after. The main thing is not to starve yourself, doing so will DROP your metabolism. You should always be eating and snacking on healthy food. In terms of raising your metabolism, anything with caffeine will do so, the healthiest source would be green tea. Other choices in raising your metabolism are grapefruit, apples, low-fat yogurt, broccoli, oatmeal, lean meat, hot peppers, and lots of ice-water. My main advice is just be consistent, don't quit because you are not losing weight instantly. I hope this advice helps you. :)Health Question & Answer
