According to the healthy weight chart (supplied the American Heart Association) I have you should weigh between 132 and 164 pounds based on your height. Since you are 140 you are in that healthy weight range. Remember though that your actual ideal weight is more personalized. If you have a larger frame, you may want to gain a little weight, but if you have a smaller frame you might be perfectly good at the weight you are at now. At this point it is what ever makes you feel comfortable.
I also calculated your Body Mass Index (BMI) which is a gauge for healthy weight and you have a BMI of 21.3, which also shows that you are in a healthy weight range. I will provide the link for this below if you are interested to look into this some more.
