Cardio after lifting heavy weights?!


Question: Cardio after lifting heavy weights.?
I Workout and i am in a good shape. I lift heavy weights but i wanna know what is going to happen if i went on cardio for like 2 or 3 minutes after my workout.? i mean after i lift heavy weights.

For example if i just finished working out and lifting heavy weights then i went on the treadmill ( 2-5 minutes ) what is going to happen.? Shape my body or lose the muscles i built.?Health Question & Answer

If the cardio you do is not longer than 20 mins, you wont lose muscle. It take around 20 mins of cardio for the body to break into the glycogen stored in muscles for fuel. Do some HIIT hours before lifting or right after lifting, have your HIIT workout last from 8-10 mins.Health Question & Answer
