damn u r pretty overweigh don't worry it takes time:

Ride your bike or run very day for about 5 kilometers and when you feel good and want to ride/ run more go 10 kilometers etc.

Eat good food like fish, beetroot taste very nice nice, try eat more diffirent food

when you are bored do run or bike ride at least you can do something, ride/ walk top school.

ill give a few examples:
breakfast:
yogurt/ with soymilk (200 calories)
granola w/ soymilk (300 calories)
lunch:
sandwich, but a healthy one
like turkey or chicken
about 300 calories
snacks:
all fruits, plus cucumber, celery, carrots, youd be surprised how good they taste without dressing nd stuff
granolas a good snack too
dinner:
whatever, just make sure its not over 700 calories

we're in the same boat here kid well i don't weight as much and i'm 14 but people look at me weird becuase my stomach looks so big that i look prego... so i'm trying to work on that
