Question: Is this bad: i eat two hard boiled eggs every morning.?
My monday through friday breakfast consists of 2 hard boiled eggs and a slice of whole wheat toast with grape jam spread on top. Is it bad to eat eggs everyday and does it effect my diet.?Health Question & Answer

eggs are actually quite good for you! especially if you're exercising or moving through out the day. if you are concerned try buying the omega-3 fortified eggs that way you're memory will be increase and you're risk of depression will diminish. this wont happen from one egg but you seem to eat a lot so you're definitely getting your protein in and potentially omega-3.
if you eat whole wheat that's great but try going for whole grain which is even healthier and fruity grape jam not the pure sugar stuff. you can even make it at home. I'm not sure about your cooking skills but here's a link where you can choose...

i'd say add a glass of fruit juice like orange juice or even water (which will make you more alert throughout the day.
i'd say you're off to a good start. my sister did the same thing but she ended up getting sick of eggs so mixing it up with cereal or fruit or different types of eggs wouldnt hurt.Health Question & Answer

There was a health scare a few years back about cholestorel in eggs and that eating too many could be bad for you, however this was all unfounded nonsense and in fact, eggs provide you with a lot off good protein and nutrients. Actually I have read several studies lately that say eggs are good for you if you are on a diet. They are full of protein and keeps you fuller for a longer period of time therefore you are less likely to snack throughout the day.
