is there any food, or diet pills that has worked for u to keep your hunger away.?
during ur diet was there anything u ate that made u fuller fast and wasnt hungry in a long time.?

Okay those other answers are spam.

Don't take diet pills, most of them are extremely bad for you. A herbal alternative is safer, but to be honest, store-bought herbal supplements usually don't do anything... they are so processed and inactive.

I will tell you what works... eating high protein, moderate fat and moderate carbs. The protein and fat keep you full without blowing the calorie limit, and having a small/moderate amount of carbs will keep you steady. also, you have to exercise... diet alone takes way too long to see results. I will give you an example of what I do when I need to lose weight:

Breakfast:
1 piece of wholemeal toast with 2 scrambled eggs and a couple of glasses of water. Make sure it's real wholemeal (very dark and heavy), not light fluffy supermarket bread. That stuff is not good for your health at all, let alone losing weight. When we eat white bread and other refined breads, it spikes our blood sugar and then it crashes, leaving us feeling unsatisfied shortly after... leading to feeling hungry! That's why whole grain foods are so important... they keep your blood sugar levels steady which gets rid of fatigue and hunger.

Snack: 1 apricot & water

Lunch:
Tuna or salmon (protein) on a salad. If you have to buy canned tuna, buy in SPRING WATER, not brine. That has too much salt.

Snack: Handful of nuts (more protein) & water again

Dinner:
Fish or lean meat with cooked vegetables (broccoli, carrots, capsicum, anything you like).

There's really no secret to it... you just have to stick to those kinds of eating habits, do exercise and the flab will melt away!
