I use an elliptical at least 5 days a week and use it for at least 30 min to an hour. This amazingly helps with core muscles. I also have a muffin top that is not going away like I wish that it would so I decided to try a slendertone belt. I was alittle skeptical about it but I see my body improving with each use. Most of that is skin. You can't get rid of all of it. There's a good chance that you've already gotten rid of everything you can, short of surgery.
