Question: If its your left shoulder blade, where the scapula is located at.?
Is it always your dominant side that will cause a little pain for no reason because you use that side alot. One time a physical therapist told me that. Please help.Health Question & Answer

Is the pain between your spine and shoulder blade.?
If so this is a Rhomboid problem.
Or is the pain between the scapula and the neck.?
That could be upper trap.
Or closer to to the arm.? Rear deltoid and or rotator cuff.
You have a scapula on both sides. Your question seems to refer to it only on one side of the body.
