Well I'm not a doctor, but it could be several things. For instance, it could be something as minor as stress or even just positioning yourself wrong. When I have aches, its best to lay on your side (either side) and sleep with a pillow between your thighs/knees to straighten your posture. Have you ever noticed how if your hunched over or slouch a lot while sitting, it hurts after awhile.? That happens when you sleep sometimes too. Try the pillow thing, otherwise I'd call a nurse and just explain your situation and if it could be something more serious. That way you don't have to pay to get an opinion from a doctor if it's nothing he can really help you with. Hope your aches go away!Health Question & Answer
You are probably having nightmares or anxiety that is causing you to move around a lot. You may also have a worn out mattress or sleeping in awkward positions. If you are trying to sleep in a small space that forces you to get into a cramped position you could wake up with some pretty bad pain.Health Question & Answer
How you sleep can be harmful to you. You did not mention your age, but as you age things change. Sleep on your side, don't stretch your legs if you get leg cramps. Drink lots of water, eat bananas, if you get the cramps in your legs. Use heating pads wherever it hurts.Health Question & Answer
